What we believe
A business that has spent years earning its reputation should have software made for it, not rented from six companies that have never met its clients.
The best tools usually belong to companies with an engineering team. Most established businesses don’t have one. So they piece together a website from one vendor, a CRM from another, and scheduling, email and payments from a few more, then spend their evenings moving information between them.
We think that’s backwards. The design, care and technology that startups get should be available to the firm, the practice and the agency that has been doing good work for years.
Who we work with
Established businesses with high-ticket clients, where every inquiry matters.
Today that includes a real estate agent, a law firm and a process-serving company. They work in very different fields, but they share the same thing: each new client is worth a lot, and a slow reply or a lost lead costs real money.
We don’t sell one package. Each partnership starts with how your business actually runs, and the work is shaped around that.
What we build
A website first, for most clients. More only if it helps.
For one client, that’s a custom CRM built around how they already work. For another, it’s AI that follows up with warm leads, so none of them go quiet. Every client gets a portal where they can see what we’re working on, send a request and message us, behind one login.
If you’d like to see how that compares with hiring an agency, we wrote it up honestly, including when an agency is the better pick: Olive Branch or an agency?
How we work
We’d rather know a few businesses well than many barely.
We work in long partnerships, not one-off projects. Launch is the start: we stay on, learn how your clients find you and what they ask, and keep improving the site and the tools as your business changes.
It’s also why we choose work we love. We do our best work for businesses we believe in, and we want to be around long enough to see them grow.
An old round temple, open to the sky, overgrown with vines.
Something new, built on old foundations. That’s the work we want to do with you.
Why an olive branch
After the flood, Noah sends out a dove. It comes back with an olive leaf in its beak: the first sign that the water has gone down and there is dry land again.1
We named the studio after that moment. For a lot of owners, keeping up with websites and software feels like treading water. We want to be the sign that there’s solid ground ahead, and then help build on it.
Who we are
A small team of designers and engineers, working alongside the AI agents we build with.
When you work with us, you talk to the team that builds your site and your tools, not an account manager who passes messages on. We answer in the portal, by email, or on a call, whichever suits you.
